Thank you for your order! At Holm + Haus, we strive for you to be 100% satisfied with our products. Please read our Return Policy below and reach out to us at info@holmandhaus.com to initiate a return/exchange or with any questions!

Orders take 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) to be processed, fulfilled and dropped off to the carrier. Once fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for package to be delivered. We currently ship to the domestic U.S. and plan to add more countries soon!
*Please note during the Holidays both fulfilling & transit time frames may be delayed.
| RETURNS |
Items that have been unopened and unused may be returned within 30 days of shipment. All orders must be returned via mail.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@holmandhaus.com to obtain authorization for the return and receive additional instructions. We cannot accept any returns that have not been authorized by our team.
Once we receive the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
In order to be eligible for a refund all items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In resell-able condition
- Have original tags or packaging- Failure to use original packaging will result in a reduction of your refundable amount.
- Returned using the label provided to you during the return request
- Include a copy of your email order confirmation.
- Do not include items that have not previously requested for return. A new request must be submitted for any additional items.
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Merchandise marked 'FINAL SALE' on the invoice.
- Any items issued as a giveaway prize/gift from Holm + Haus or other outlets
*Holm + Haus is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during shipping. We recommend insuring shipments and gathering tracking information.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only issued to the original payment method, or as an online store credit if requested. Orders placed with online store credit will only be refunded back to as online store credit. Refunds are not credited until returned merchandise has been received and inspected for eligibility. Shipping charges are non refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Holm + Haus is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
To exchange product(s), a return must first be initiated. Once the return is processed, a new order may be placed. Additional costs may apply if there is a difference in priced between exchanged items.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Price adjustments may be made within 3 days of original order date for merchandise purchased at full price, except where otherwise stated during a sales event or during Black Friday weekend. Customer must contact Holm + Haus via email at info@holmandhaus.com and include their order number and contact information.
Price adjustments are provided in the form of online store credit to the user’s account.
