Preorders

If you are preordering an item with other in stock items, you will only be charged one time for shipping. Preorder items will be shipped separately.
Payment is charged immediately at checkout, not when the item ships.
If you need to cancel a preorder, please email us at info@holmandhaus.com.
For returns on preorders, you will have 14 days from the date the preorder item(s) ship.
Preorder items are specially ordered from our vendors. We do our best to provide consistent updates on when you can expect your preorder item to ship. If an item becomes unavailable for any reason, you will be refunded for the item(s) you ordered.
Preorders must be placed within the preorder timeframe listed on the product page, otherwise the item will not be available again until next preorder or added as in-stock status.
